Victorinox has specifically designed its Hunter XT model with the needs of outdoor sportsmen in mind.

The Swiss-made knife is 43⁄8-inches long overall and features non-slip, dual-density scales housing a 31⁄8-inch main blade and a serrated gut hook—each of which lock and can be opened with one hand—along with a bone saw, a Phillips screwdriver and a lanyard ring. Price: $50.
