SIG Sauer has landed another law enforcement contract, this time with the Norwegian Police, which chose the P320 X-Series as the standard service pistol for select agencies within its organization. The Norwegian Police is comprised of 8,000 police officers and 8,000 civilian personnel responsible for domestic law enforcement, border control, coordinating search and rescue operations, counter-terrorism, highway patrol, judicial orders, criminal investigation and prosecution.

"We are very proud to add the specialized forces of the Norwegian Police to this list of elite agencies, and we look forward to developing and expanding this partnership,” said Ron Cohen, president and CEO of SIG Sauer.
