A mid-height version of the company’s high-top Strife boot, the Viktos Strife Mid is designed to be both rugged and comfortable enough for active daily use. Utilizing the same shock-absorbing foam and rubber outsole as its big brother, the 6"-tall boots feature a chassis made of full-grain leather and 600 denier nylon, both with a liner that is waterproof yet breathable, and a reinforced toe box.

The titular Strife element of the design in this boot is one of the company's most-tested elements, having been found on Viktos' Johnny Combat boots and other wear. This design element provides improved traction and durability, both necessary features in a boot designed for use in harsh environments, whether that's in combat or enjoying the great outdoors on a hike.

Offered in men’s sizes from 7 to 15, color options for the Strife Mid include Nightfjall (black) and Gunstock (brown). Price: $140. Contact: Viktos; (800) 597-7179; viktos.com.
