Galco Highm&P 1

Galco has unveiled a new addition to its lineup of torso-mounted holsters and gear, with the High Ready chest holster for full-sized Smith & Wesson M&P handguns, including those with micro red-dot optics. This holster includes the main holster body and two connecting harness straps as a complete kit. The High Ready uses 2” wide tubular webbing harness straps, connected at three seperate detachable links, which hold the holster in the center of the wearer's chest. Quick-disconnect buckles at three points of the holster body act as pivot and attachment points for the harness straps.

On the main body of the holster itself, the Kydex holster pocket is supported by a backing plate, which is made of a ballistic Nylon front over a closed cell foam body. The back portion of this backing plate, which sits against the wearer, is made lined with Galco’s Comfort Cloth, which provides extra padding and wicks away moisture. The Kydex pocket itself is sized for full-sized Smith & Wesson M&P handguns and has an included cut to fit most popular micro optics available on the market today. It secures the host firearm with friction, providing a fast draw, while also having the lower portion cleared away from the frame to allow for a full finger grip, even when the host handgun is still holstered.

The Galco High Ready chest holster has a suggested retail price of $169.99. To learn more, visit galcogunleather.com.
