Sig Sauer’s MPX Copperhead carries on the performance goals and bantam parameters of the rifle-caliber MCX Rattler, but translates them into an even more diminutive pistol-caliber platform. Chambered in 9 mm Luger and operated by a short-stroke gas piston, the MPX Copperhead is equipped with a 3.5" barrel which features an integral muzzle brake. The upper receiver is a monolithic design that includes a small handguard and handstop, and full-length Picatinny rail for the addition of optics. The lower receiver sports bilateral controls, the Rattler-profile pistol grip and SIG’s new Pivoting Contour Brace, which extends rearward to a single locking point and is designed to move and swivel more naturally when attached to the user’s arm. Finished in a Cerakote Elite Coyote Tan, the MPX Copperhead, like the Rattler before, is the embodiment of portable firepower. sigsauer.com
