According to Evan Hafer, the brand's CEO, BRCC was started quite literally on the range, though it has now grown to more than 100 employees, many of them veterans (the executive office in particular is made up of around 70 percent combat veterans). This is a statistic near and dear to BRCC's core, seeing themselves as a sort of roadmap for other veteran-owned startups.
