NRA Gun of the Week: SIG Sauer P365 Pistol

American Rifleman's Joe Kurtenbach was one of the first to fully evaluate the SIG Sauer P365 pistol introduced at the 2018 SHOT Show. The micro-compact handgun chambered for 9 mm Luger, which weighs in at about 18 ozs., sports a 3” barrel, and is about 1” at its widest point, was built around a modified double-stack magazine that holds 10 rounds of 9 mm Luger, with an available extended magazine that packs in 12 rounds. The inclusion of tritium-infused SIG X-Ray3 Day/Night sights is an indication that SIG thought of just about everything in designing this new carry gun. But there are more reasons this pistol is getting a lot of attention—including cover-story status for the April 2018 American Rifleman. Learn more in this week's NRA Gun of the Week video with Joe Kurtenbach.
