SIG Sauer gave its classic double-action pistol a new look and some upgrades with the launch of the Legion series. Now, the original big SIG in .45 ACP has been "Legioned up." The New Hampshire-made guns feature the distinctive gray-green PVD (physical vapor dispersion) finish, upgraded sights, smoothed out lockwork, slimmed controls and G10 stocks. Fans of the .45 ACP have been clambering for this gun, and it delivered on the range for American Rifleman's Mark Keefe.
