To create the 716, SIG took the proven features of its popular 516 series and applied them to an AR-based rifle chambered in 7.62 x 51mm.

The 716 provides familiar handling and enhanced power, all from a trusted industry name—making it an ideal Gun of the Week.

Note: The SIG716 Patrol Rifle is not California compliant. The company does offer a version that is compliant in Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.
