Heavy-recoiling loads can sometimes cause the base pins of single-action Ruger revolvers to work loose. Belt Mountain Enterprises’ replacement locking pins cure that malady by including a slotted or Allen socket screw that bears against the barrel, preventing the pin from walking out.

The pins can be swapped out in seconds without tools and non-locking versions are available. Head designs include knurled and serrated hourglass shapes and allow better purchase for quicker removal and replacement of cylinders. Blued steel and stainless steel versions are available to fit the Single-Six, Blackhawk and Super Blackhawk models.
