The thermoplastic plugs are heated in boiling water until pliable then allowed to cool to a comfortable temperature before being inserted in the ear where they conform to its unique contours. If the process doesn’t result in a perfect fit the first time, Decibullz are re-formable so you can repeat the procedure until you’re happy with the results.
