Smith & Wesson Contributes $1 Million to NRA-ILA

Smith & Wesson announced that it has donated $1 million to NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action. The gift, presented at the 2015 NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits at Nashville, Tenn., is the latest in a series of gifts from the iconic American gunmaker to a variety of NRA entities.

Executive Director of NRA-ILA Chris W. Cox said the NRA greatly appreciates Smith & Wesson's generosity and leadership in helping defend Second Amendment freedoms. "This gift will help us educate millions of Americans about the importance of protecting their constitutional rights now and in the future." The NRA Institute for Legislative Action is responsible for the NRA's legislative, legal and political efforts.
